Specifications
While our top priority is creating a connection to nature through horses, we have essential guidelines to ensure your safety. Please take a look!

Age and Weight
We welcome riders of all shapes and sizes; however, we have guidelines in place to ensure the well-being of our horses.
Children must be at least 6 years old and comfortable riding independently, as double riding is not permitted.
For adult riders, our horses have a weight limit of 230 pounds.

Booking and Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, and to best serve you and others, we have established booking and cancellation guidelines. Please make your booking at least 48 hours in advance so we have time to prepare our horses for an enjoyable ride.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your ride are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations between 48 and 24 hours prior, a partial refund will be provided. Cancellations within 24 hours of your ride, however, are non-refundable—and they’ll make our horses sad, too.

Helments
Helmets are an excellent tool for reducing the risk of traumatic head injuries in the event of an accident. While we strongly recommend wearing one, the decision to ride with or without a helmet is ultimately up to the rider or their legal guardian.
